The service department works extremely hard.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Kelly Chevrolet they very friendly and helpful we are on our 4th Trax and plan on leasing another one when this lease ends.

Took a little longer than expected, but I did decide to stick around and wait. Bright side is there is an awesome inventory of new and used vehicles to walk around and look at while you wait. That is if complimentary drinks and popcorn aren't your thing. Have a seat on the comfortable chairs and enjoy free wifi and the tv.

I often have to return after getting a service done because something was not done correctly.

It was $889.20 instead of $811.59 on the paper... on the costs of the tires? Why are there discrepancy? : (

My service Technician kept me updated and had me in and out of service in great shape .

I was treated very well and everyone was very courteous. They diagnosed and worked on my truck quite quickly but I still am a little concerned about how it seems to have a delay shifting from first gear to second gear
